Tables via CKEDITOR

You can add a table in the WYSIWYK Full HTML text editor using the table button:(  )
Then click on any cell in the table and in the "Styles" menu, choose "Styled Table" This will apply the classes for our custom styles.
You can then click on the table and use the "Header Row" toggle inside the table row dropdown to add a header row. 
You can then click on a cell in the header and apply the "Table Header Primary" option via Styles menu to add the Primary blue background to the header row

Tables via views

Within the views UI you can simply select the "Bootstrap Table" display mode, and this will apply all the same styling options from the CKEDITOR approach, but automatically.
